Guy Bossom is one of London’s top chefs having been Executive Head Chef at The Royal Opera House and Head Chef for Tom Aikens, Oliver Peyton and Terence Conran.
Guy and his team work from the shop to produce a wide range of freshly prepared foods for our meat and delicatessen counters including our own sausages, pies, terrines, pates, sausage rolls, chutneys, soups, pickles, stock, hams and a wide range of meals, chilled or frozen, packaged and ready for your table or freezer.
Our butchers offer traditional cuts, a wide rage of free-range poultry exclusively from free-range farms in Britain and game when in season.
