Butchery Classes at The Hampstead Butcher
The next available butchery class at The Hampstead Butcher & Providore is on Tuesday 14th May with each class running from 7pm to 9pm.

Our student guests will work with our master butcher around the central table in the shop, each from their own block. All meat worked on for the evening will be yours to take home along with recipes and a bottle of wine from our wine shop to match the meat.
Spaces are limited to 8 and the cost per person is £115.

You will prepare a Rack of Lamb, a Banham chicken, Blade Steak & a Loin of Pork.
This is an excellent evening and can be given as a gift or organised for a group of friends or colleagues.
