"Thank you for a lovely night at The Hampstead Butcher and Providore. Our guests were simply amazed over the unexpectedly high quality food and your generous and candid hospitality.
The "thank you notes" keep coming in and the majority of them keeps mentioning the stunning fois gras with puy lentils and red onion compote - it was truly an amazing success. At least half of our guests use to frequent 1-3 star Michelin restaurants a few times per year but still came up with comments like "this is the best fois gras I had in my life", "I would never had expected this combination to work" and "what a fantastic chef". Can you please pass on these comments to John for us? But an event like this would never be successful without the charming interaction between yourselves and our guests and we owe you a lot for making this such fun, relaxing and memorable night. Seldom have we spent three and a half hours at a dining table and felt time passed so quickly. We will be coming back for more, for sure, and in the meantime we will keep raving about you to all our friends and family wherever we get the chance."
