Beef

All of our beef is free range and British. Each week we seek out the best quality and value for our customers.

Pork

Our hams are cured using the finest English free-range pork. These beautiful hams make a wonderful alternative or addition to roast meats on your table.

Lamb

With the exception of our lamb shanks (from our English farms) all of our lamb is Welsh.

Veal

We stock Dutch veal and can order English rose veal at any time.

Poultry

Our free-range chickens are from Banham Poultry in Norfolk. The chickens are not fed any growth promoters, routine antibiotics or genetically modified feed.
