Delivery charges for online orders

 

Delivery charges*

  • For any NW3 orders delivery is FREE
  • For UK non-perishable orders over £95 delivery is FREE
  • For UK non-perishable orders outside NW3 under £95 add £7
  • For UK orders of perishable produce outside NW3 add £15

* If a congestion or toll charge is incurred then this will be added to the delivery charge, at cost.

Refunds and returns

As our products are supplied fresh and to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it, and refunds cannot be given. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately by email at - do not return goods without first receiving advice from us.

A further £5 charge will apply to further attempts to deliver.
